Every club has someone keeping it straight — booking the court, chasing the kitty, working out who owes what. It is careful weekly work that is easy to get slightly wrong: a top-up nobody logged, a half-session counted as a full one. Everyone else takes their word for it, and finds out what they owe when they are asked.

Clanira carries the admin. The team votes so the right number of courts gets booked, the cost splits itself across whoever played — part-sessions and guests included — and every member can see their own balance and the charges behind it. Nobody is chased, and nobody has to ask.
